We heard these creatures at night from John Matte Hut. The noise is eerie: starting off as sharp cracking sounds before developing into a series of mournful, wailing yelps. This Hyrax was spotted high in the rocky side of the valley on our way over Bigo bog towards Lake Bujuku.
