Summer 1988 – a trip to Paris at 19 with two friends seems innocuous enough and was far from being my first trip abroad but the circumstances of my age, my obsession with photography and the lavish cultural atmosphere of the city combined to create an impact that still inspires me.
This is a silver gelatin print of my original negative, developed here in the studio darkroom.
